Предлагаю новую тему: Visual Studio.NET как наследник Delphi
Думается, что все разговоры о .NET лучше перевести в русло одной темы.
Тем более что, imho, все Delphi-разработчики гораздо быстрее осваиваются
с новой средой разработки и языком C#, чем разработчики, использовавшие
ранее VB или VC++.
Интересны мнения людей, реально попробовавших новый продукт.

Тем не менее у Microsoft всё прекрасно получется с .NET
Roadmap выдерживается достаточно точно, тот же IIS6 действительно улучшает характеристики Windows как Internet-платформы.
Так что через два года можно ожидать давинообразный рост предложений ASP.NET-хостинга.

Единственное, чего я еще не видел, и что очень хотел бы увидеть - two way UML. Что это за зверь такой. Не в том смысле, что мы не знаем, что это означает.
Скачай together control center trial для Java - там он давно работает.

Единственное, чего я еще не видел, и что очень хотел бы увидеть - two way UML. Что это за зверь такой. Не в том смысле, что мы не знаем, что это означает. Просто не видел я еще такой вещи в CASE. И появление таковой может иметь такой же эффект в моделировании как появление VB/Delphi в прикладном программировании.
Может кто уже сподобился попробовать. Пожелитесь пожалуйста впечатлениями - как этот 2 way UML работает. Есть ли там поддержа MDA по спецификации OMG ?
